ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Yung Development LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") governing your use of the OBAC mobile application ("OBAC," "the App," or "Service").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using OBAC, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to use OBAC. By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• All information you provide is accurate and truthful

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

OBAC (Overcoming Beyond Alcohol & Cannabis) is a mobile application designed to support individuals in their recovery journey from alcohol and cannabis use. The App provides:

• Daily sobriety check-in tracking
• Mood and progress monitoring
• Journaling capabilities
• AI-powered crisis support and coaching
• Recovery milestone tracking
• Community features (if applicable)

OBAC is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of qualified health providers with any questions regarding a medical condition or recovery program.

USER ACCOUNT AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Account Creation

To use certain features of OBAC, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use OBAC for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or related systems
• Use automated systems to access the App without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

Subscription Plans

OBAC offers subscription plans with different billing periods:

• Weekly Subscription: Billed weekly, automatically renews unless cancelled
• Yearly Subscription: Billed annually, automatically renews unless cancelled

Payment and Billing

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your subscription
• Provide current, complete, and accurate payment information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
• Accept that subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law

All fees are in U.S. dollars and are processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play Store. Payment processing is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective app store.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription fee at the time of renewal.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through:

• The App Store or Google Play Store subscription settings
• Your device's subscription management settings

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the period for which you have paid. No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of your subscription period.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time. Price changes will not affect your current subscription period but will apply to subsequent renewals. We will notify you of any price changes in advance.

PROHIBITED USES

You may not use OBAC:

• In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• To harm, threaten, or harass others
• To transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
• To collect or harvest information about other users
• To spam, phish, or engage in fraudulent activities
• To interfere with the security or integrity of the App
• To compete with or create a similar service
• For any commercial purpose without our written consent

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

OBAC and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Yung Development LLC and protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use OBAC for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written consent.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

OBAC IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

We do not warrant that OBAC will meet your requirements, be available at all times, or be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. You use OBAC at your own risk.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YUNG DEVELOPMENT LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Personal injury or property damage
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use OBAC
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to OBAC shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

OBAC IS NOT INTENDED TO DIAGNOSE, TREAT, CURE, OR PREVENT ANY DISEASE OR CONDITION. THE APP IS FOR INFORMATIONAL AND SUPPORT PURPOSES ONLY.

The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of qualified health providers with any questions regarding a medical condition or recovery program. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or learned in OBAC.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency services immediately.

TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your access to OBAC immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use OBAC will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or OBAC shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, or the nearest federal district court.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Yung Development LLC regarding your use of OBAC and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on this page
• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Providing notice through the App (if applicable)

Your continued use of OBAC after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using OBAC.
