Yung Development LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the OBAC mobile application ("OBAC" or "the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

Data Storage

Your recovery data is stored securely using the following methods:

• Firebase: We use Google Firebase for secure cloud storage and authentication. All data transmitted to Firebase is encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL.
• On-Device Storage: Critical recovery data (check-ins, journal entries) is stored locally on your device using encrypted storage mechanisms provided by iOS.
• Encryption: Sensitive data is encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption algorithms. We use end-to-end encryption where technically feasible.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal compliance.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

OBAC uses the following third-party services that may collect or process your information:

OpenAI API

We use OpenAI's API to power AI-powered crisis support features. When you interact with the AI coach, your messages are sent to OpenAI for processing. OpenAI's privacy policy applies to this data. We do not store your AI conversation history permanently.

RevenueCat

We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions and payments. RevenueCat processes payment information and subscription data. RevenueCat's privacy policy applies to payment-related data.

Google Analytics

If enabled, we may use Google Analytics to understand how users interact with OBAC. This data is anonymized and aggregated. You can opt out of analytics tracking in the app settings.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the collected information for:

• Providing and maintaining OBAC services
• Processing your check-ins and tracking your recovery progress
• Delivering AI-powered crisis support and personalized content
• Managing your account and subscriptions
• Improving and optimizing the App

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time through the App settings. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

You can opt out of non-essential data collection, such as analytics, through the App settings. Note that opting out may limit certain features.
